Ingredients

Makes 6 servings (Increase/Decrease).
Preparation time is 30 min

• 1 large · chicken
• 1 cup · diced onions
• 6 cup · water
• 2 clove · garlic, diced
• 2 teaspoon · Chipotle powder
• 2 tablespoon · Chicken bullion
• 2 · Avocados
• 1 bag · of tortillas chips
• ½ bunch · cilantro
• 3 cup · grated Monterey Jack Cheese
• 2 · limes
• 1 · sour cream
• 1 · salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• 1 Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower temperature and continue to boil until the chicken meat falls off the bone. Remove all bones and keep the soup warm.
• 2 crumble a handful of chips in each bowl and ladle in your soup. add all other ingredients to each bowl per your taste.
